I first found Greg through his gym, Wolfbrigade and ventured out of his fitness realm and into his writing. I’m not sure what the format of the podcast will be, but I’d love to hear more readings of his stories. It’s tough to say “we know someone” in the social media age, but I know Greg is more than a fitness guy, more than a hardcore guy, more than an author. I was fortunate enough to meet Greg in person and I’ll never forget how thoughtful, kind, and gracious he was (is). I’m really looking forward to what the podcast will bring.

Most content put out by Greg, be it training, mental or physical, I’m typically interested in.  How to review an experience he had? I don’t believe a person can and I won’t be so bold as to do so. What I’ll say is that if episode 1 is a precursor to a well tempo-ed prosodic style of spoken works, we are all in for a treat.
