There are no successful businesses out there that don’t have one star reviews, and if you want to be a successful business owner, this episode will help you embrace the inevitable and deal with them in stride. But the reality is that at some point in your artpreneur journey, you will have a customer who requests a refund for whatever reason.  Maybe they weren’t happy with their purchase, maybe they decided that they just didn’t want to buy it, and are experiencing buyer's remorse.  Maybe their painting arrived damaged or got lost in the mail.  You can’t always control what happens to your painting during transit, and a customer requesting a refund is likely going to happen at some point in your journey.  Whatever the reason might be, I’m going to teach you how to handle refunds like a pro.
