Join me as I interview Luke Iorio, the CEO of iPEC Coaching, (where I did my study and certification, and where I now am an instructor). Life and Leadership are a game of momentum – a constant ebb and flow of energy, progress, and results.  Whether transitioning in a job, trying to lose weight or workout more often, growing your business, or leading a major initiative, we need to build momentum – at times from a complete standstill – and then direct that progress in a clear direction.  Going from standstill to motivated action, from uncertainty to clarity, and from isolated to a supportive team is actually a conscious and repeatable process – and that’s the framework that we’ll be discussing with Luke Iorio, President and CEO of the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).
