Wow

I’ve only been listening a few episodes, but I have to say I never liked podcasts before but I really really love the Blindboy podcast. It’s fascinating, informative, funny, just really a delight to listen to it.

Normalizing mental health

San Francisco has a strong Irish population so when friends seperatley started recommending BlindBoy podcast and the discussion of mental health, I knew I had to listen. Wow, from the first episode I loved the open and honest discussion of BB's mental health and the different things that have worked for him I knew this was a must listen. Not just because even my female Irish friends don't really discuss mental health issues. But once I started to open up to people, espeically Irish friends, about my mental health issue and spoke honeslty about my struggles more people started connecting their symptoms to my experinces. The same thing happened to my boyfriend when he listend to BB's podcast, it was like suddenly he understood much more about his own mental health issues. To hear so many of my friends recommend it, I knew it was a life changer, for some, and good quality discussions for others.
