Rank #1: The Goal-Setting Process to Own Anything You Want | ROD KHLEIF

Podcast cover
Read more

Success is a dazzling word. It’s a common goal for everybody. The reason why everybody else struggles and works harder. When do you say you succeeded in life? Other people linked success to properties, wealth, a huge amount of money in the bank, and favorable career. Yet, it depends on the goals, mindset, and personality you have. Is there a true measure of success?

In this episode of Millionaire Mindcast, we have a superb guest, Rod Khleif who shares tons of value about real estate, business, goal-setting, mindset, life, fulfillment, success and giving back.

Brace yourself as we dive in on today’s episode!

Rod Khleif is passionate real estate investor who has personally owned and managed over 2,000 homes and apartment buildings. Rod has built over 23 businesses in his 40-year business career. Rod has combined his passion for real estate investing with his personal philosophy of goal setting, envisioning, and manifesting success to become one of America’s top real estate investment and high-performance life coaches. He loves training and coaching the “psychology of success” to aspiring real estate investors and entrepreneurs.

Rod is the founder and long-serving president of the Tiny Hands Foundation, a children’s charitable foundation that leads several annual community charitable initiatives. Over the past 14 years, Rod’s work has benefitted more than 60,000 underprivileged community children.

Rod host of the Top-ranked Real Estate Investment Podcast; “The Lifetime CashFlow Through Real Estate Investing Podcast" with more than 4,500,000 downloads. He is also the author of “How to Create Lifetime CashFlow Through Multifamily Properties” considered to be an essential “textbook” for aspiring and experienced multifamily investors, and the “29 Fatal Mistakes Many Apartment Buyers Make”.

Rod started out from scratch and got his real-estate broker’s license when he turned 18. He encountered a lot of challenges along the way but he chose to play the game and never give up. He admits that his life is moving upside down. During best moments, he thought himself as a ‘real-estate God’, but unfortunately, he ended up losing $50 million in 2008. Rod strives hard and strengthens his mindset to recover from bankruptcy. He discovered that 80-90% of success in anything is the mindset and only about 10-20% is the real estate or business & all other stuff.  Rod believes in the power of visualization and stresses to don’t underestimate it. Anything amazing that’s ever built and created in this world was visualized. It is critical to have clarity of your vision because the clearer your vision is the faster you’re going to get it.

Whatever field you’re up to, growing up oneself is essential. It doesn’t have to be a massive growth but a consistent gradual improvement. Thus, real-estate is tough, if you want to engage, start to educate yourself, and build a strong foundation. There’s no better time than right now to learn this business.

Likewise, focus on the beautiful things that you want, surround yourself with the right people and avoid negativity. Love your family & friends but choose your peers. Find like-minded people, get around with people who are motivated, will push you up and empower you. Don’t let the fears of other people hold you back because the only way to be successful is to be positive. Find what it is that you love and do it because that what makes you fulfilled at the end.

Therefore, if you want financial success, know your target, know exactly what are the things you want and know why you want it.

Rank #5: The Right Way To Achieve Wealth And Financial Freedom | Katherine Liola

Podcast cover
Read more

In this episode of the Millionaire Mindcast, we have an amazing conversation with Katherine Liola who shares her approach to life, how to build wealth, making an impact to the family and the community,  and how to achieve financial freedom!

Katherine Liola is a Keynote Speaker, Author, a Certified Financial Planner Professional, Founder & CEO of Concentric Private Wealth. She has always believed that comprehensive financial planning is a key element to a long term success. She learned early on that helping clients understand why they’re making the decisions they make, and aligning their investment strategies with values-based life choices, helps them achieve their financial goals with comfort and clarity.

Katherine has a passion to effect positive change in how we think and act about money, mindset, and health. She shares this passion through her weekly Financial Fitness planning tips and her monthly Financial Five video series as well as her speaking engagements.

When talking about wealth, it’s important to not talking with money. But there’s nothing wrong with money. It’s fine if you want much of it because you can define wealth in a lot of different ways.

Oldest of 5 children, Katherine growing up with the money. She works in finance as her way through college. To Katherine, wealth is more defined by the mindset and the experiences by how her family raised her. She didn’t have a paradox of choice when she was growing up. Sometimes she couldn’t have anything. If they want something, they need to figure out how to have it. She came into the financial service industry with her own views of wealth by not having money growing up.

Katherine became an expert in financial planning and services space and very intentional in building wealth and unlocking a rich life. She designs a plan and approach to uncover what’s really to customers to be wealthy. Teaching them how to actually invest in themselves, how to explore, knowing what’s most important for them, what they are seeking, and where are they going.

Moreover, Katherine meets their clients where they’re at and get to know them. Allowing the clients to be who they’re and securing them that they are very much a partner, allowing themselves to be vulnerable and open up some time to define them their own meaning of financial independence and not set by society. Katherine makes sure that people feel safe so that they can now begin to explore as they want to live their best and be financially independent.

Katherine is creating impacts around money and her family. She doesn’t let herself controlled by fear instead of focusing on the positive stuff.   She believes that if you’re pursuing your best life, you’re going to make tons of mistakes along the way. She makes a point of not recognizing the responsibilities of being parents. You need to be there for your children, for their safety, nourishment, and figure it out how to support them.

On the other side, she emphasizes on start living naturally as opposed to just the pursuit of building wealth. This will make things a little bit complicated unintentionally. Instead, find out that happy medium in your life and what you deserved with your money, time, and investment. Do things that are important to you other than your family, and business.  Have a structure to set around to keep you going, it might be the physical activity, taking a day off and doing things that you love, and so forth that will let you continue your journey without sucking up.

In this episode of Millionaire Mindcast Podcast, a powerful guest, Christopher Lochhead who shares things that he executed in order to reach and live a rich life that you can pick and applies to yours.

Christopher grew up in a family where a lack of money was always present. At 17-years-old, he decided to do something meaningful with his life. Inspired by what he called the ‘angel of his life’ his Grandfather, who truly believed him, supports, inspires and motivates him that he can do anything and be anything. He decided to be successful, decided to be smart, and really wanted to do legendary things. Chris put himself in those positions to be successful and let himself learned, grew, and took a massive risk.

As a result, Chris and his brother Jack started their company with no money, no experience, no education, no relationships of any kind. There’s been a lot of losses along the way. His whole career was just about trying to build companies and categories, in some cases loss and some cases win. He had been in those places of humiliation many times, lost money, been fired for so many times, but learned from those losses and moved forward.

On the other side, he gained the most important things, the joy, experiences, memories, relationships, and the network. In 10 years, he got a tremendous amount of accomplishment. At 28-years-old, he became a millionaire. He does great things and wins with over $400 billion exits.

Now, end up with having a life that’s fun, and interesting. He’s in the fun part of life that he never really thought about which is helping other people getting their goals and learning at the same time with his podcast. Chris focused on having a good time and hopefully make a very big difference. He’s an entrepreneur trying to do something exponentially different as opposed to incrementally better.

To Chris, it’s important to set goals, it doesn’t matter if you achieved them, it’s about who you become in the process. He trained himself to be a better person, a person that you can count on, somebody who produce results. He chose to be that guy because we have that option in everything. Also, work hard and believe in yourself. When you fail, get up and try again. Confidence comes from training yourself to produce legendary results. It doesn’t come from the people’s encouragement but proving to yourself that you can do it.

Podcast cover
Read more

In this episode of the Millionaire Mindcast, we have Petr Ludwig, who talks about procrastination, what a lot of people are impacted with, and it is something that holds people back from achieving the optimal results and optimal life. He shares his strategies on how to minimize and stop it in order to live a happier, rich, and fulfilling life!

Petr Ludwig is a keynote speaker, the Founder of the procrastination.com, and co-author of the best-selling book “The End of Procrastination”, who are dedicated to overcoming the habit of putting off tasks and responsibilities.

This man has a passion for serving others and helping them to optimize their life and their results. Petr is trying to spread his message on how to fight procrastination, how to be more productive, effective, and efficient, and live happier.

He started his business when he was 14 years old with 5-10 people, where he observed procrastination that greatly affects their business. He sees that other people working on projects and big companies but they don’t see any values and meaningful outcomes of what they are doing. They’re doing against what they know they should be doing, what they’re telling themselves needs to be done and not following through with that.  They know what to do but they’re unable to push themselves to accomplish something.

According to Petr, personal vision is important because it creates flow on a daily basis. Focus on what is important. But do things that you really enjoy and don’t forget to take a rest. What makes you happy is really important. In the end, you feel much more productive and happier because you have a great plan, and you have a rest during the day.

Procrastination is just the opposite of living life to the fullest. We can live in a much better world if people do what is important to them and live according to their values.

Procrastination is connected to anxiety and depression. The more you procrastinate, the less you believe in yourself. The more you fail, the bigger is the chance you fail even in the future. One failure can undermine your productivity because it goes down your mood. When your mood is down you’re unable to push yourself to do another task and on and on. It keeps on repeating and it’s really dangerous in terms of mental health.

In addition, believes that having the right habits and routine will make you happy and fulfill. It is important to set every day one simple task that is outside of your comfort zone. If you make a habit outside of your comfort zone, your will power is growing gradually and constantly.  You’ll be surprised you’re able to resist temptation, you’re not able to check your social media accounts often, and your will power is growing.

As a media contributor, Beau’s message of the RichLife has been featured in media outlets including The Huffington Post, Wall Street Journal, Reuters, CNBC, and MarketWatch.

Beau is very intentional in investing meaningful experiences, investing in physical health, and investing in financial literacy. He believes in having financial planning is really significant to move towards a financial goal. If you want to do something do it,  there’s no better time than now. Get on the path of creating a roadmap to unlocking a rich life. Identify your clear definition of rich life because it will light you up, gives you energy, and a sense of empowerment. But be honest with yourself and don’t let your unconscious side affected by negative things like mistakes and beliefs affect your plans, actions, and principles.

Then, learn how to create income, handle it, sustain, grow, and leverage it.  Make sure to create expenses on what’s left, and don’t accumulate debt that you can’t afford. If you have an issue managing a thousand dollars then you’ll have the same issue managing thousands in the future. The money thing starts working when your philosophy changes. When money, investing, savings, and something doesn’t work, it doesn’t mean you're a failure. Don’t be afraid to try, fail, learn, get feedback, try again. Do it repeatedly and just continue giving yourself opportunities.

However, monitor on what you’re doing to make sure you’re on your goal, do you need to change your goal, and what lessons you’ve learned. Make sure you’re putting your business in a good position, your business partners, your family, and look for opportunities where you can mitigate risks.

On the other hand, Beau learned the philosophy of life - you don’t have to choose between successful with money and success in life, make sure you’ll use the latter to live a life that is meaningful and fulfilling to you. If not, you’ll look back with a lot of regret in life.

He is proud of looking back that he had helped a million kids got expose about financial literacy than looking back earning millions of money. This is what makes him happy and fulfill. He was taught by his dad to invest in other people. It’s the one thing that can’t be taken away from him. It’s his contribution to people. Beau has been blessed to monetize what he loved. There’s nothing that’s really gonna serve you as well as finding that thing that lights you up, that you’re good at, that serves people, that helps people and creating a business around that.

Knowledge is power, start educating yourself. Work with people whose competent that actually teach you things like to invest, how to do real estate and grow with them. Have the right financial money plan but also do the context of a life plan.

Why You Need To Invest In Your Business And When You Should Diversify | David Neagle

Podcast cover
Read more

In this episode of the Millionaire Mindcast, a remarkable guest, David Neagle who shares his entrepreneurial journey gives amazing tips on how to be a successful entrepreneur, how to get rid fears and back up from failures, how to get rid toxic people in your life, how to make your idea realize, and when is it the right time to diversify and start investing out of your business!

David Neagle is a mindset mentor, famous speaker, podcaster and host of The Successful Mind Podcast, bestselling author of The Millions Within, a book focusing on intention, focus, and awareness to build your dream business and life. David is the founder of the multimillion-dollar global coaching company Life Is Now, Inc, helping thousands of entrepreneurs, experts and self-employed professionals gain confidence and find the right mindset to increase their revenue, turning their endeavors into seven- and eight-figure ventures.

Being in the coaching and mentorship industry for more than 20 years, David has worked alongside other well-known mentors like Bob Proctor and Tony Robbins, and his clients include many well-known people, including New York Times #1 best-selling author Jen Sincero. Because of the results his clients have achieved, along with his dedication, David’s coaching has expanded to more than 30 countries, and he has been featured on Forbes, CBS, NBC, Wall Street Journal, Inc, HLN, Entrepreneur, and Fox.

Young David became street smart because it was needed to keep away the fears from the surroundings. His life was not on a good track and grew up witnessing all the struggles within his family. Because David doesn’t want his children to experience the hardships he’d been through, he doubles down on being a responsible person and a father.

David didn’t know that he was an entrepreneur at heart but was really preferred to make his own thing and be in control with his own income than working for somebody else. He wanted to change his situation but doesn’t know where to get started. Then, he realized that he must change his attitudes first to change his situation. So while working for Petroleum Company for seven years, he prepared himself, he learned to work with other people and learned from them, studied who David Neagle is, and how to be a successful person.

Later, David decided to leave the corporate world and build his own business. He left his work to consulting, coaching, speaking, and that he built Neagle Media. Because David was very determined to win, he had developed the ability to lose without taking it personally, take chances, take risks, develop the good attitudes, frameworks, and learn from the mistakes and people he had with.

A mentor motivated him to become a good follower; he gets rid of his ego and the shame around asking for help which he had no idea that it was blocking him so much. Just like other entrepreneurs, he encountered bumps and challenges but learned to accept himself and embraced it. To him, failing is fine but what’s not fine is that you never try what you desire to do with. Losing is not the end, so stand, and back up. Thus, stop being afraid of making decisions and failing but always find the right thing about the things that got wrong, learned from it and go on. He learned the strategy and tactics to enjoy success just like other entrepreneurs because mistakes don’t really bother him but he used it to continue to grow and expand.

David gives advice on not investing in the things that you don’t understand and develop skills set in understanding your business like sales, marketing, social media, and stuff like that. On the other side, despite his success, David has always had a deep desire in helping people the way his mentor had helped him. From starting off with the basic idea of wealth fund - just taking 10 cents out of every dollar that came to the company to now having multiple companies and helping people to be free and creating the lifestyle they want. Therefore, he expands it more globally to really touch people’s lives all over.

Neagle believes that entrepreneurship is something that’s going to bring us together as a world more than it is that something that’s going to divide us because most entrepreneurs want to do something good!

Some Questions I Ask:

  • Where did your journey begin from an entrepreneurial perspective? (00:43)
  • What do you think is the one among the key characteristics of successful entrepreneurs that served you at the highest level as a business owner? (08:58)

  • Were you born a great entrepreneur or did you create a great entrepreneur? (26:30)

  • When is it the right time to diversify a little bit and start investing out of my business additionally? (32:53)

Bobby Castro is a self-made business mogul, exemplifies the transformation from entrepreneur to leader. With only a ninth-grade education, Bobby founded Bankers Healthcare Group in 2001 with an investment of just $25,000. Through stable and correct information Bobby has built a company that was valued at $1 Billion and created a $300+ Million Dollar Apartment Portfolio.

In addition, he has created a community of happy, loyal employees and has been awarded nationally for that rare accomplishment. He was the recipient of the prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2012, led BHG to be included on the Inc. 500/5000 list 13 times and has been recognized by Fortune, Forbes, Entrepreneur, Hispanic 500, Crain’s and more. He was a keynote speaker at 10X, and has been featured numerous times in the WallStreet Journal, Bloomberg, Smart Business Magazine and CNBC, among others.

This $300 million dollar man has grown from a poor but a hospitality world.  His positivity affected by seeing the financial struggle going on with his mother who was a waitress and a tenant. In order to help financially, he was working as a waiter and valet parker at a young age and realizing that he’s in love with cash flow and real estate where he sees the brightness in it.  Bobby knows that real estate is in his DNA. Therefore, he stocked pennies to lead up a point where he can starts and working his way up and figured out how to get in the game.

To Bobby, you don’t need to have a huge amount to start with real estate because he started with a single-family apartment type of asset that is cheap. He learned the ABC and numbers from the mistakes and learned never to repeat the big one. Every time he got dividends he would not run to buy Porsche but run to buy apartment buildings and rocks them into real estate.

Bobby sees the market now as fruity with tons of opportunities. At the heart of Bobby’s business, philosophy is a commitment to the community and social responsibility so giving value to the masses. Currently, he is looking to touch people's lives and lift them up a little bit. He wants to teach others how to scale their businesses so they too can achieve better results.
