We recorded the pod earlier in the day with the public information we had, and will be sure to give a thorough update on Tuesday's pod as things develop over the weekend. Round 1:  In 2016 civilians were STORMING Canadian military bases at all hours of the day & night, and only now has the Canadian government released the reason for this mad rush. We'll give you a clue: Gotta catch ‘em all, eh?Round 2: Navy veteran turned distance running hardo is set to circumnavigate the globe on foot this year. He's doing it for suicide prevent but theres not chance that he and I would be friends. It makes me wanna puke. Round 3: Story of the break was that Marines needed to be sent in to secure the Embassy in Iraq after protestors lead violent action trying to overtake the Embassy. The fallout was quick but most likely isnt close to over. Round 4: I hate to give North Korea any credit but alas, we must. We have promised the listener that we will always be honest. In this round, we will praise North Korea because it's due.Round 5: Canada's Veterans Affairs twitter asked some of their WW2 veterans to give some life advice that might help in 2020. We are gonna close out the first show of the new year by soaking in some of that wisdom!
