Finding Tiffany on the big wide internet was a blessing. She’s helped me learn to say yes to myself and get out of my own way, and learn that saying no is just as powerful. I got involved in a Start Your Thing challenge she put on thru Facebook in the fall that got me to get over a silly creative hurdle I’d been sidestepping for years. I wrote TRUST THE RISOTTO on my wall. I owe her a lot. Thanks for the show, girl.

Love it!

Rank #1: Ep. 23: Tiffany Han on Crazyfaith

And, welcome to the podcast episode where I quote myself. This week, I did something a little bit different and did a solo show. What started out as a short guide to finding your own way to Raise your hand and say yes quickly became my stance on life (enter: the Crazyfaith) and my musings on the movement I'm trying to create with my work and this show.

I'm feeling a wee bit vulnerable posting and sharing this now, but, in the spirit of leaning in to my own discomfort, here goes.

I'd love to hear what you think! I would like to do more of these solo shows (don't worry! I'm not going to give up the interviews!), so if what I had to say resonated, please let me know!

PS. As I mentioned towards the end of the episode, the Raise your Hand Say Yes book club is coming! We’re starting with The Big Leap by Gay Hendricks. Get your copy now and give it a read – the episode where we discuss it will air on March 4 and we'll also be doing a twitter chat following the episode.

PPS. The other thing that I mentioned was the Q&A episode that I'm going to be hosting with my favorite friend Michelle Ward on March 11. If you have any questions for us about life or business or passion or entrepreneurship or early motherhood or our shiny hair, send them over

Welcome to 2016! This year, I'm starting off with a new series on Raise Your Hand Say Yes all about New Year's Resolutions. Do you start every year thinking you're going to deal with your health and money and (finally!) clean out your closet? If so, you're in for a treat this month! And if not, you're still in for a treat because these upcoming episodes are gooooood!

This week, I got to sit down with one of my favorite people on the planet, Lacy Young  and talk all about health and wellness and what to do if you want to be healthier. Lacy's advice is spot on while also being super reasonable and I know you'll be able to walk away from this conversation with at least a couple of things you can start doing today to get healthier and feel better in your body.

We also talk about how you can tell the difference between what you really want for your body versus what the magazines say you should want, the value of putting yourself in the way of empowerment, and a beginner's guide to meditating. Lacy also shares what she experienced in the beginning of her own journey to get healthy, and I'm sure we can all relate. Be warned: by listening to this episode, all of your excuses about why you can't eat better or meditate will go out the window!

Newsflash: your creativity is an asset, not a liability.

I have based my entire business around this principle, and I wanted to explore it further on the podcast. I see too many women trying to quiet their creative voices instead of embracing them. It's time to change.

In this episode, I talk about why I think creativity needs to be embraced and then sit down to talk with Jennifer Lee, one of my favorite peeps ever, about it. As the creator of the Right Brain Business Plan, Jenn has see first hand how creative people are able to succeed because of their creativity, not in spite of it.

If you've ever thought, if only I liked spreadsheets..., this episode is for you!

Jenn, you are the best! Thank you for being on the show!

Erin is also going to be my co-host for the Raise your Hand Say Yes book club episodes, the first of which is going to air on March 4 when we’ll be discussing Gay Hendricks’ The Big Leap.

PS. If you like what you hear or are a fan of the podcast, please consider subscribing and submitting a review in iTunes. Thank you!

Fear. Doubt. Inner critics.

They are something WE ALL deal with. Every single one of us. And yet, they make us feel so alone and isolated.

Well, I say not anymore! In this week's episode of the podcast, I'm flying solo and talking about how to step beyond fear into your Most Important Work - that work that keeps you up at night, that work you can't stop thinking about, that work you know you were meant to do.

That work that you usually put off because there's a voice in your head asking Who do you think you are?

Yep. That work. And that voice.

You DO have a choice of how to react to your fear. Listen in to hear how you can make that choice as easy as possible for yourself.

PS. It's time for the 3rd annual Multi-Passionate Must Haves sale and I'm thrilled that my program More Shenanigans Please is included among the 26 products by 28 expert contributors worth $1,730 - for only $97! This bundle was designed specifically for those of you who have a LOT of different interests, projects, and creative pursuits in your life and is an amazing value.

I am so excited to have author and illustrator Ann Shen back on the podcast for the third time. On the surface, our conversation is about routines—how to find them, how to keep them, and how to stay committed to them.

But once we dug deeper, I realized that this conversation was actually about how to find practices that help you release anxiety and then how to allow those practices to be a priority for you in your life. Without apologizing for what you need and who you are.

Oh, right. That apologizing piece is huge, isn't it? Enjoy, enjoy and if you have any thoughts on routines and rituals, I'd love to hear them!

You'll also learn about the conversation I was afraid to have with my husband after I quit and the times I've been triggered to drink since. And not sure how my giving up drinking pertains to you and your creative quests? I'll fill you in on that too!

Yeah yeah yeah. Holiday are upon us and it's time to really relax into time at home with our family.

Um. When was the last time you felt truly relaxed? When was the last time you actually took a break that left you rested? When was the last time you focused solely on rejuvenation?

Aaaaaaand what if you could cultivate that for yourself on a daily or weekly basis so that you didn't get to the point of needing to completely check out of your life to find it?

Settle in, because I have some thoughts for you! You'll also hear my theory on an alternate ending for Mr. Alexander Hamilton had he been able to just...waitforit...take a break!

Podcast cover
Read more

Ahhh...the days of gratitude are upon us! (Happy almost-thanksgiving y'all!)

Hooray? Ugh? Whatever your feelings about gratitude are, this episode is for you. In it, I'll unpack where I think we've gone wrong in our never-ending, Instagram-driven quest for gratitude, what I think is amazing about it, and why I think that we all could use more gut-punch moments of gratitude in our lives. (Because those are the ones that probably really matter!)

I also have a Marie Kondo moment wherein I ponder the contents of my desk, talk about a few of my favorite friend teachers, and share a story that put my own gratitude to the test.

Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy!!

the kick in the butt you need

Finding Tiffany on the big wide internet was a blessing. She’s helped me learn to say yes to myself and get out of my own way, and learn that saying no is just as powerful. I got involved in a Start Your Thing challenge she put on thru Facebook in the fall that got me to get over a silly creative hurdle I’d been sidestepping for years. I wrote TRUST THE RISOTTO on my wall. I owe her a lot. Thanks for the show, girl.

Love it!
