I just found this podcast and I am so happy I have. I have learned so much from other episodes and look forward to learning more. This episode however, wow! It is like you were hosting this episode in my head and reading my thoughts. I don’t celebrate that people have difficulty with self care but I am so happy to learn it is not “just me”. I am not the only maker/artist/person struggling with this?! What?! Thank you so much for sharing and all the wonderful advice. ❤️

Keep it up!
