You gotta try the Banana Soft-Serve. Outstanding! At the end, toss in some frozen berries, or pineapple, or mango, or kiwi, or a coconut macaroon, or chopped nuts, or chopped dark chocolate!!! Other recipes are great too. I especially like the braised fennel and the stuffed eggplant. The stove-top kettle corn was a great new discovery as well. Keep them coming!
