Psalm Isadora, a sex and Tantra expert, joins Lisa to share some of the foods that put a damper on libido.
Psalm passed away in March 2017. Here is info about the amazing Psalm:
Psalm Isadora is a highly sought after sexuality and trauma expert who specializes in women’s health and empowerment, as well as modern sexual education for adults. She is the leading Tantra expert in the world and reached over 66 million homes as the star of Playboy TV’s reality show Cougar Club. She is a featured expert in Buzzfeed’s newest web-series Modern Sex (airing summer 2016), and Founder of global sex coaching program Urban Kama Sutra. Isadora blends beauty with brains as she inspires the next generation of sexually empowered women.

She specializes in helping women have better sex and men reach peak performance. Her no-nonsense approach cuts through the noise and helps couples save their relationships.
Raised in a religious cult as a child, Isadora endured years of sexual trauma that eventually ignited her passion to teach sexual empowerment and modern sexual education. In 2007, Isadora traveled to India to immerse herself in the ancient teachings of Tantra to facilitate deep healing and discover her own path as a healer. For eight years, Isadora has traveled to India to delve deeper into the path of Tantra and teach yoga to sex-trafficked women in the red light district of Calcutta. Her volunteer work with the young prostitutes of Calcutta would eventually become part of a documentary titled Shakti.
From public speaking to TV appearances, Psalm Isadora is sure to infuse her message with intelligence, wit and humor to keep audiences engaged, inspired and begging for more.

Rank #11: Soulful Simplicity: How Living with Less Can Lead to So Much More
Courtney Carver shows us the power of simplicity to improve our health, build more meaningful relationships, and relieve stress in our professional and personal lives.
We are often on a quest for more—we give in to pressure every day to work more, own more, and do more. For Carver, this constant striving had to come to a stop when she was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Stress was like gasoline on the fire of symptoms, and it became clear that she needed to root out the physical and psychological clutter that were the source of her debt and discontent.
In this book, she shows us how to pursue practical minimalism so we can create more with less—more space, more time, and even more love. Carver invites us to look at the big picture, discover what's most important to us, and reclaim lightness and ease by getting rid of all the excess things.

Rank #18: Nosh with Tash!
Natasha Feldman from Nosh with Tash joins Lisa to chat about cooking, recipes, her digital Food Network show "Craving Healthy" and much more! Get ready to laugh and learn!
From Natasha Feldman:
"Listen, I have a confession. I’m obsessed with cooking shows. I know, it sounds crazy, you would have never guessed it, but it’s true (is it clear that this is sarcastic? no? cool). After my last terrible break up I watched Jamie Oliver every single night to lull myself to sleep every night for months. In my worst times, it’s been the only content that cheers me up and encourages me to plow forward. I guess, this is one of the major reasons why I became addicted to making cooking content. And, as you can imagine, it’s always been a real dream of mine… like a pie in the sky… birthday candle wish… totally north star dream to host a show for The Food Network. Which is why when Genius Kitchen (Food Network’s New Digital Channel) asked me to do a show for them I was mentally doing the happy dance, while acting very cool and collected, as you do.
Though the concept itself was set in stone they gave me the freedom to create any recipes within the guidelines that I wanted, which was a real score. The goal of the show is to provide you guys with really solid recipes to help you get through some of the more popular current diets without falling off the bandwagon due to cravings. As I tested recipes for Keto, Whole 30 and The Mediterranean Diet I discovered little tricks here and there that I really think make huge differences in the final results. For instance… I NEVER used to eat spaghetti squash as “pasta” since it usually gets so sad and watery when you toss the squash in the sauce, BUT if you scrape out the squash and give it a second roast, all of that extra liquid evaporates and you’re left with a very nutritious and pretty excellent replacement! I also figured out little hacks for making cauliflower crust for pizza pickupable and discovered that you can, in fact, make keto friendly pancakes.
We shot the entire season in THREE DAYS, so it was a whirlwind and I think I sort of blacked out, but I’m incredibly thankful to the epic team Food Network put together and to my friends who helped me recipe test, made me look good and were just generally supportive. I hope you’ll watch the episodes, share them with your friends and make some new recipes!"

I sought out every healer and tried every pill, test, herb, powder and positive affirmation I could find.
Nothing would help, and I thought I was fated for a life of bellyaches, bingeing, bloating, depression and anxiety attacks.
That is, until fate led me to experience my first plant-based meal.
