We discuss his recovery and how he has gone on to win gold medals at the Invictus Games and raise hundreds of thousands of pounds for charity. We discuss his military career from joining Royal Engineers to going on to pass Special Forces selection and becoming one of the first Army soldiers to join the Special Boat Service (SBS). We also discuss his life after the military and how he went onto become a double World Record Holder when he cycled the entire 14,000-mile length of the Pan-American Highway (PAH), the longest motorable road in the world. In doing so he became the fastest person to cycle the length of South America and completed fastest cycle journey of the Pan American Highway smashing the former world record by 17 days and became the first person ever to make the journey in under 100 days.
