My name is Keith and I am an Obesity Survivor.  I had weight loss surgery, a Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy on February 15, 2016 .  I have lost 195 pounds and I am still (slowly) losing!  I am extremely public about this life saving procedure and want to share my story.
