I'm an American anglophile British-wannabe, so I love anything and everything British culture in between visits to the UK. Not sure how I stumbled on this podcast, but not only do I LOVE hearing Jo's moans about the Circle Line (which I can relate to even as a non-Brit given that I avoid the Circle line like the plague) - but the subject matter is SO. MUCH. FUN!! The guests are so entertaining and I love being introduced to new celebs, but the best part is the "is it just me?" banter that everyone can relate to. The topics are things we think about - but rarely discuss, so the premise of the podcast is absolute genius. This is the only podcast - out of lots - that I gobble up as soon as a new episode is released. Jo and James could interview *anyone* and it would be highly entertaining. The podcast just gets better and better.

Jo and James are joined in the podcupboard by the delightful, funny and generally joyous TV presenter Cherry Healey, who's come loaded with stories from her new series Sex, Knives and Liposuction.

They talk about how commonplace cosmetic surgery has become, forays into vegetarianism and tricky diets, ridiculous mispronounciations (pacific for specific? Expresso for espresso?) and there's a listener IIJM too.

This episode was edited by Kat Brown and recorded by James Williams on 17 September.

Two podcast first-timers join Jo Elvin in the podcupboard this week: Sagal Mohammed, GLAMOUR's new Entertainment Assistant, and the fabulous YouTuber Fleur De Force, who is not, but is a much-cherished friend of GLAMOUR nonetheless.

The new issue of GLAMOUR is out this Thursday, hurrah!, so please do grab a copy, and let us know what you think about it, and any topic suggestions you have for Hey, It's OK... Email Jo at editor@glamourmagazine.co.uk, or tweet us @glamourmaguk using #HeyItsOK.

Back to this week's episode, and Fleur is talking books, brows, YouTube, and a lovely little announcement about an addition to the Force family. Sagal accidentally commits treason, and there are three topics to discuss: So hey, is it OK (or not!) to talk openly about money and your salary? Is it OK to genuinely love a bit of good old British pomp and ceremony? And is it OK to not like your own company?

Plus don't forget to get your tickets for the LIVE episode of Hey, It's OK... in London on September 16 at http://kingsplace.co.uk/whats-on/spoken-word/hey-it-s-ok. You can get 15% off when you buy three tickets, so don't forget to check out the Guilty Feminist and My Dad Wrote a Porno!

The multitasking goddess that is Trinny Woodall joins Jo and James for this week's podcast: having built up a huge social media following for her outfit and makeup trials, Trinny is soon launching her own show on Facebook Watch (fans of What Not To Wear, take note!), and of course, there's Trinny London, the makeup range she launched in October.
