Although a nice 20-minute yoga flow sequence, the &#34;Yoga for Back Care&#34; podcast had nothing to do with back care. There were no specific poses for to stretch out the back and no caution was offered for those with back issues. For example, we were instructed to go into upward-facing dog about 4 minutes into the sequence, without ever even doing cobra pose. Do this sequence for a quick yoga session, but don&#39;t do it if you have back issues or if you&#39;re looking for something specific to help your back.
