Rank #1: Why our people Hate their History?

When the Bible is mentioned the first thing you think is; a religious book. However it is more than that, for the past few days we have shared lessons that demonstrate Deuteronomy 28 is our history. For the 4th Day of Deuteronomy 28 we have to ask ourselves, why any other time our people are not interested in their history? Why do people feel like the past is not important to know? A common sayings is that we should forget about slavery or the systematic discrimination of Jim Crow. Ecclesiastes 3:15 “That which hath been is now; and that which is to be hath already been; and God requireth that which is past.” We should think things through before we start using sayings that society only applies to you. Imagine the ramifications if we start applying that philosophy to every aspect of life. Start with forgetting about pay for the work you did the past week, month, or year. Of course you wouldn’t want that to happen but it is a possibility if we start believing that nonsensical saying. Look at Hungary’s ‘slave law’ that passed in December of 2018; although they are not our people it sets a precedent. That is nothing compared to the slave auctions that are currently happening in Libya. Therefore do not be uncomfortable with the history of our people become discomfited by our present day.

There are times when a person will speak against you. Usually the timing is when you are in the most vulnerable situations, their true feelings will come out. Then you realize you have an enemy although you did unto them no wrong. In David’s case he fled from Absalom his son, to save his life. At that moment came out a man that hid hatred and persecuted him with words. 2nd Samuels 16:11 “And David said to Abishai, and to all his servants, Behold, my son, which came forth of my bowels, seeketh my life: how much more now may this Benjamite do it? let him alone, and let him curse; for the LORD hath bidden him.” The warriors of David wanted to take off the head of the man that cursed. His response was in temperance, meaning with great self control.

Instead of letting his anger take over, he understood that his
persecution was partly his fault and that the Benjamite will not
escape God for his wicked speech. Proverbs 14:29 “He
that is slow to wrath is of great understanding: but he that is hasty
of spirit exalteth folly.”
What we could learn from this is
not always best to retaliate even if you are right. The time will
come as it did with the Benjamite that they will be ashamed and
punished for their actions.

Remember that as believers we receive persecution because we do not
conform to the world. John 15:20 “Remember the word that
I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they
have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept
my saying, they will keep yours also.”
Therefore when they
speak against you, it is not you they despise but Christ. John
15:18
“If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me
before it hated you.”

Rank #3: Do you have Enough?

Today is widely recognized as Saint Valentines Day and many will be purchasing gifts for their amorous interests. Unfortunately there is not enough love. Are you going to continue wasting your resources? Contrary to popular belief the origins of this day does not have anything to do with celebrating the death of a saint that married couples. Even if it was so that is still idolatrous; Deuteronomy 26:14 “I have not eaten thereof in my mourning, neither have I taken away ought thereof for any unclean use, nor given ought thereof for the dead: but I have hearkened to the voice of the LORD my God, and have done according to all that thou hast commanded me.” As the History Channel’s website declares clearly it is an effort to so call Christianize the pagan celebration of Lupercalia. It further explains that Pope Gelasus ended the celebration of Lupercalia by imposing another celebration that had nothing to do with love.

If there is true love there will be no need to buy an expensive gift. Romans 13:8 “Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.” The way you show love to any, especially your woman or love interest is by keeping the laws towards her. Don’t treat her like a cheap whore, but owe her your love all the days of your life. Song of Solomon 1:2 “Let him kiss me with the kisses of his mouth: for thy love is better than wine.” A real sister that is a woman of virtue understands that your love is better than a wine and dine. Unlike these pagans that have weird rituals, or the women today that might celebrate this year with Donald and next year with another chump; Proverbs 28:19 “He that tilleth his land shall have plenty of bread: but he that followeth after vain persons shall have poverty enough.”

As we discussed yesterday, there are many sayings that our people have to justify living in sin. When confronted with the teachings of the law the first reaction is to look for blame in the person. Philippians 2:15 “That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world;” If they can not find anything to point their finger at; usually they ask this specific question which they think is a trump card. Do you sacrifice? A great scripture to remember as a response is Hosea 6:6 “For I desired mercy, and not sacrifice; and the knowledge of God more than burnt offerings.”

It is time to “Hear the word of the LORD”, as this chapter declares. Why are the minds of our people so far from truth? Whoredom and not being sober takes away the heart. For this reason our people are flooded with content (music, videos, pictures, etc..) everyday to capture their attention towards the trap. After your mind, heart, and soul is theirs; you will love evil above yourself. The things our forefathers fought for like not eating pork, being able to keep the Sabbath, or simply put freedom! Is vehemently rejected with no evidence or reason; not realizing that they are forsaking their own mercy. When proof is shown of their evil ways they defend it without a valid point. Like a prostitute that is blinded by what she believes is love. She doesn’t see the abuse, neglect, and her suffering by the hand of whom she says loves her, the pimp. He beats her, keeps her addicted to drugs, and puts her in danger everyday. While you attempt to help her realize this fact; she rather ignore it and continue living the way she has. This is the result of whoredom, the mind of a person that lacks knowledge looks like this everyday.

As we upload this podcast I want to remind you that this audio is also available at the radio station which requires no download. It is also on the Scriptures site where you could read along while listening. Shalam (Peace)!

The
concept taught by the Apostle Paul of men being considered the first
fruits is found within this chapter. Hosea
9:10
I
found Israel like grapes in the wilderness;

I saw your fathers as the firstripe

in the fig tree at her first time:
but
they went to Baalpeor, and separated themselves unto
that
shame; and
their
abominations were according as they loved.

In
the feast

best and
first ripe
of the crop is dedicated to the Heavenly Father. When
Israel
corrupted themselves by
worshiping
the
false god Baalpeor they became like rotten fruits.
Hosea
9:5
“What will ye
do in the solemn day, and in the day of the feast of the LORD?”
Imagine
to yourself being in the time of the feast of first fruits and all
your crops are rotten, spoiled, and rancid. Will you present them
still before the most High? Will you eat them? With
that
same
regard we could not listen to teachers of images even if they call
themselves Israelites. Hosea
9:7
“The days of
visitation are come, the days of recompence are come;
Israel
shall know
it:
the prophet

a fool, the spiritual man
is
mad, for the multitude of thine iniquity, and the great hatred.”

The name Joel means YHWH is God. This book depicts vividly the power of the most High God. Joel 1:15 “Alas for the day! for the day of the LORD is at hand, and as a destruction from the Almighty shall it come.” The message is clear the Heavenly Father through any means could bring destruction. One example mentioned are insects which could bring devastating pestilence to crops. Sometimes we might struggle with insects and not consider that it is a punishment coming from God. Besides this wild fires, shortage of water, and the most common form of punishment an invading army. The sum of it all is that after acknowledging the greatness of God we should be moved to repent with a fast.

The subject of a calendar is difficult enough to discuss. Add to this the fact that our upbringing might make us think something else is strange. Hosea 8:2 “I have written to him the great things of my law, but they were counted as a strange thing.” In some cases our instinct would try to make us explain away even those things we do not fully understand. In the spring of this topic we go into more depth of why the new year began in this month. This subject is supposed to be monthly but since we missed a few we are catching up now.

On this eighth day of Deuteronomy chapter 28 we are releasing Psalms chapter 1 as a podcast. The book of Psalms is a collection of spiritual songs. 1st Chronicles 16:9 “Sing unto him, sing psalms unto him, talk ye of all his wondrous works.” The majority of Psalms was written by king David to thank the Heavenly Father for being there in the times of his troubles. In like fashion our ancestors sang spiritual songs to get relief from their hard bondage; those songs are called Negro Spirituals. When listening to these songs there is no doubt that the slaves understood the connection they had to the children of Israel. Remember a few days ago, with the movie Amistad it was shown that the slaves sang the name of God in Hebrew. An example of a famous Negro Spiritual song that contains Hebrew that was sung by slaves is “Kum Ba Yah, my Lord”.

Psalms
3:7
Arise,
O LORD
; save
me, O my God: for thou hast smitten all mine enemies upon the cheek
bone; thou hast broken the teeth of the ungodly.”

Kum
Ba Yah has a similar
meaning
as
what David said “Arise, O LORD”; it
actually means rise in Yah!

We
are told slavery is not a factor in today’s society. But
in the hearts of our people that is not true, especially when they do
not know why it occurred. This
Psalm echoes the agreement the most High made with us in Deuteronomy
28
.
Stating, we
will blessed
if
we obey his law
and cursed
if
we are wicked. Therefore we must learn to delight in the laws of God
and not entertain sinners. Otherwise remaining in our wickedness
will cause us to never flourish. This
fundamental we must uphold and not overlook by sitting among
congregations that are ungodly.

The prior chapter was an evening prayer, while this is the morning
prayer. Romans 8:26 “Likewise the Spirit also
helpeth
our infirmities: for we know not what we
should pray for as we ought
: but the Spirit itself maketh
intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.”

Some deny themselves the benefits of prayer because they do not know
how to. A way that we are helped by the Spirit in regards to prayers
is by providing us with what to say. Psalms is a book of songs but
in an ingenious way we are also taught how to pray. For instance, by
now we should know that we must pray before going to bed and in the
morning. Psalms 55:17 “Evening, and morning, and at
noon, will I pray, and cry aloud: and he shall hear my voice.”

When it was sung in the Hebrew language it made it easy to memorize. Music is a tool used today against our people to have them meditate on wicked songs instead of wise words. Thus we are learning not only how to lift up our hands to pray but also how to meditate on the commandments of the Heavenly Father. Psalms 119:48 “My hands also will I lift up unto thy commandments, which I have loved; and I will meditate in thy statutes.”

The name Hosea means salvation. In this final chapter, we must ask ourselves if we understand the things spoken in this book to attain it. Hosea 14:9 “Who is wise, and he shall understand these things? prudent, and he shall know them? for the ways of the LORD are right, and the just shall walk in them: but the transgressors [sinners that break the laws of God] shall fall therein.” Mercy is found of them that will remove their sins which they had in their ignorance. Whose lips gracious admit, what have I to do any more with idols? The purpose of this book was to reveal what caused our fall. Within the eloquent words our shame was revealed, whoredom. Only to a transgressors it might seem difficult to understand and know what was being said. However, their doings are not hid from them and they could see the results of their actions. The other nations will not save us from our troubles, our children are fatherless, and we seek help. Hence let us return. As it was aforementioned, in these last days seek your king (Christ) whom the Creator sent. Take action to receive the fruits because in him the fatherless receive mercy; if the parents choose to teach them the laws. By our obedience, we shall be heard, revive, and receive salvation.

One of the worse feelings a person could have is when it seems like
the whole world is against you. In some cases its not just a feeling
but a reality. That is what this Psalm is about, King David knew all
too well this experience. In his lifetime he had to flee more than
once from a powerful enemy that was looking to kill him. In this
case as the title of this Psalm states, “A Psalm of David, when
he fled from Absalom his son.”
Could you imagine the emotion
and pain he went through? His own son rose up against him, leading
an army of those that hated him.

Naturally, in such situation many questions would emerge in the
heart. None is asked in this Psalm, meaning that David knew why such
things is happening to him. 2nd Samuel
12:11
“Thus saith the LORD, Behold, I will raise
up evil against thee out of thine own house
, and I will
take thy wives before thine eyes, and give them unto thy neighbour,
and he shall lie with thy wives in the sight of this sun.”
Verse
12:
“For thou didst it secretly: but I will do this thing
before all Israel, and before the sun.”
The cause of his
troubles was his own sin, resulting in a punishment by God.

In his despair he doesn’t blame God instead he turns to him
faithfully. Psalms 3:4 “I cried unto the LORD with my
voice, and he heard me out of his holy hill. Selah.”
Teaching
us to take accountability for our actions and when we feel like there
is no one on our side, remember there is salvation with the most
High!

One word frequently found in the book of Psalms is prayer. There are
some people that never pray for various reasons. But one that I hear
often is that they do not know what to say. Although it is not
stated in the title of this Psalm, we could quickly describe it as an
evening prayer. Sent up in the night before going to bed,
instructing us to reflect upon our ways and the good we received from
the Heavenly Father.

The
book of Proverbs is a collection of sayings that was written by
Solomon. Unlike
most sayings these are rooted in the commandments of God which means
they have wisdom. 1st
Chronicles 22:12
Only
the LORD give thee wisdom and understanding, and give thee charge
concerning Israel, that thou mayest keep the law of the LORD thy
God.”
This
was the desires
of king David for
his son Solomon.
Most
people take the words of this book as advice, or instructions that
are not obligatory to keep. However
when reading the first few chapters;
you
will notice that Solomon writes as a concerned father teaching his
son. A repeated statement is, Proverbs
3:1 “My son,
forget not my law; but let thine heart keep my commandments:”
The
doctrine of Churchianity is to invent sayings that are not found
within the Bible, for the purpose of dismissing the laws of God.
Solomon who was the wisest man and even wrote of Christ in the book
of Proverbs said, Proverbs
4:2
“For I give
you good doctrine, forsake ye not my law.”

For these past few weeks we set the Passover as our priority, as we
always do. Meaning that we chose to be offline for a while. But
don’t worry we didn’t forget about you! We also use that time to
determine what should be done for the website and be productive in
the mean time. One of our greatest priorities is the podcasts which
affects the radio station.
BTW it has been updated a few days ago with two chapters of Psalms.
Thank you to the sisters and brothers that reached out and let us
know that they wanted to hear new podcasts.

Today we want to begin with an amazing chapter that predicts the
coming of Christ. Psalms 2:7 “I will declare the decree:
the LORD hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten
thee.”
We are taught by Christ to search the scriptures
because they speak of him. See, John 5:39. At the time he
said that, only the so called Old Testament existed. Here is
evidence that we are commanded by a decree declared by the Heavenly
Father to believe in Christ. Matthew 3:16 “And Jesus,
when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo,
the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God
descending like a dove, and lighting upon him:”
Verse 17:
“And lo
a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved
Son
, in whom I am well pleased.”

A wonderful fact that we could learn from this chapter is the meaning of the word Christ. Many theorize the meaning of Christ and go to questionable sources to discourage the use of this word. The second verse speaks of the rulers of this earth having rage against the most High’s anointed. This exact same scripture is quoted in Acts 4:25 “Who by the mouth of thy servant David hast said, Why did the heathen rage, and the people imagine vain things?” Verse 26: “The kings of the earth stood up, and the rulers were gathered together against the Lord [YHWH], and against his Christ [anointed].” The Hebrew word for anointed is translated to Messiah in English. How come then is the word anointed translated in Acts to Christ? John 1:41 “He first findeth his own brother Simon, and saith unto him, We have found the Messias, which is, being interpreted, the Christ.” The explanation is simple, Christ is a Greek translation for the word anointed.

This will be the start of a new series called “Wicked Proverbs of the Day”. The title may seem confusing but when you listen to this introduction it will clearly explain why there are some proverbs which means sayings that are wicked. Obviously those sayings do not come from the book of Proverbs. However they are very popular among our people, more than what is written in the scriptures. They are the net that has our people trapped in lies. Proverbs 6:2 “Thou art snared [trapped] with the words of thy mouth, thou art taken with the words of thy mouth.” We pray that exposing these sayings will lead our people to removing the excuses stopping them from coming into the truth.

The prosperity of our people is in the Heavenly Father. Job 36:11 “If they obey and serve him, they shall spend their days in prosperity, and their years in pleasures.” An example of this is our father Jacob. After being blessed by his father Isaac, he fled from his brother Esau (whom he battled from the womb). This caused him to be homeless, all alone without a family. Sleeping under the stars, using a stone for his pillow. Our father Jacob literally had nothing. He wept and cried to God for help and by serving the most High he was rewarded. The nation of Israel served the Egyptians in slavery. Their lives were bitter with the hard bondage. God heard their groaning and sent them a prophet (Moses). By a prophet who set their hope in God they were freed and saved. The wicked in Hosea’s time period forgot by whom they received their substance. They believed that their images (false gods) made them rich and gave them all their substance. Similar to that generation we have brothers today that sell our people merchandise that contains graven images. Hosea 12:7 “He is a merchant, the balances of deceit are in his hand: he loveth to oppress.” Beware of their lies, the instant gratification and their sense of accomplishment is reproach. Do not be carried about with the wind of their doctrines. Hosea 12:1 “Ephraim feedeth on wind, and followeth after the east wind [destruction]: he daily increaseth lies and desolation;..”

Remember
the end of these things, 2nd
Peters 2:3
“And
through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise
of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their
damnation slumbereth not.”

At times our people ask why they suffer oppression or injustice. One of the reasons explained in this chapter is because they “willing walked after the commandment” of men while rejecting those of God. Christ explains this in detail in Mark 7:6-8. Since the whoredom of Israel was to go and worship false gods; such as stocks meaning a tree or wood the Heavenly Father has become an enemy. It is written in Romans 8:7-8 and James 4:4 the same thing that Hosea was expressing. That anyone that doesn’t keep the laws but uphold their carnal adulterous ways is an enemy to God.Like today our people put up Christmas trees, raising their children in the belief of a false god that see their “good” and “evil”. However if you tell them to keep the Lord’s Day holy which is the Sabbath they will not frame their doings to turn unto God. For this reason the Heavenly Father has hid his face until our people (so called Blacks, Hispanics, and Native American Indians) acknowledge their sins.
