Rank #1: Midwest Cities Try to "Fix" Poverty By Starving Poor People

Podcast cover
Read more

Everyone and their mom is again talking about Trump & Iran, but we're bored with that subject. If you want to hear our thoughts on that whole situation, go back and listen to the last few episodes.

Instead, we're going to talk about a particular brand of economic ignorance. It directly threatens the health & financial well-being of poor people in a number of Midwest cities.

So-called activist groups are lobbying for increasing the regulations on dollar stores. They say that dollar stores promote bad health and "lock in poverty." Just wait till you hear their reasoning. It's absurd.

Clearly, these people aren't motivated by genuine concern for the poor. I'm sure it's a coincidence that their "solutions" would eliminate competition for major grocery chains.

(Spoiler alert: it's not a coincidence.)

2020 is off with a bang! Quite literally.

First of all, we have a surprise guest for today's episode.

As soon as we started streaming our pre-show, the studio door opened and in walked none other than Michael Malice. Apparently Matt & Amy conspired behind my back to surprise me.

Michael joined us in a rousing discussion about the implications of Trump's targeted assassination of legendary Iranian general Qasem Soleimani.

Everyone else is discussing the potential global implications of his death, but I want to paint you a picture of who the man actually was and why Iranians held him in such high esteem.

You won't hear this caliber of conversation anywhere else.

The mad hatter is at it again. This time he's attacking Ilhan Omar, suggesting it might be best if she moved back to Somalia to fix her native country before attacking America for it's perceived shortcomings. The antics are both hysterical and sad.

And later, in the show...home ownership is bad and so is college. LOL.

I can already hear you guys getting mad about the title of today's show. But you must forgive me a little clickbait every now & again.

Ever since the US assassinated Iranian General Soleimani, social media has been abuzz with fears that World War 3 is imminent. And people assume a world war will bring back the draft.

First of all, let's be clear: there's no way there's going to be a draft.

Because Congress knows they'd be hanged in the streets immediately after they announced it.

But I'll admit, it's pretty funny watching college students realize that their FAFSA (college financial aid) paperwork included signing up for the draft. Seems like it would be common sense that the government isn't going to give away money for free. They're gonna expect their pound of flesh in return.

Alas, common sense isn't so common these days.

Impeachment Theater Continues… And More Stuff You'll Love :)

When Donald Trump first announced his run for president way back in 2015, everyone laughed at the idea of a "reality TV show president."

Well, now the joke's on them. Because this whole impeachment charade is just a silly reality TV show, with dumber, older, uglier contestants.

We touched on it briefly on today's show. Then we moved on to more interesting topics!

Have you heard about Tulsi Gabbard's defamation lawsuit against Hillary Clinton? It tells us a lot about the state of the legal system. Plus, we pushed back against the recent hysteria about a Chinese flu pandemic.

Finally, we wrapped with a discussion about the American housing market.

The recession is coming. Most people are going to focus on everything they have to lose. But if your mind is right, there's no better time to make yourself extremely wealthy than during a recession. You have to train yourself to know where to look. Once you do, you'll see opportunities all around you.

How to Hurt Black Americans and Have Them Love You For It

Podcast cover
Read more

That title probably made you double take. If so, mission accomplished: I got your attention.

Wealthy powerful Americans use all sorts of schemes to game the system. Michael Bloomberg is using one of the most profitable schemes of all.

He spoke out against "racial income inequality" on Sunday at an African episcopal church in Tulsa, the day before MLK Jr Day. The former mayor announced his new economic plan for "incentivizing investment in underserved communities."

But let's cut through the euphemisms.

Bloomberg's not talking about cutting a check to poor inner-city Americans. Like every politician before him, he plans to take money from other Americans to bribe rich developers to build businesses & housing that inner-city residents could never afford.

In this current scheme, the target is black Americans. But the principle is the same for anyone.

Those who have succeeded in gaming the system--like Bloomberg--don't want you to know that your success is entirely in your own hands. They want you to believe that you're dependent, that you need a political messiah to rescue you.

Meanwhile, the system they claim represents your best interests is the very system that gave Willie Nash 12 years in a cage for having a cell phone.

It's a story as infuriating as it is hard to read.

Your freedom is a consequence of your power, and your wealth determines your power.

Your mind will be under attack from every political party. Every one of them wants you to believe that they alone hold the key to true freedom. They will promise you the moon.

But they won't tell you what it costs. Because they don't want you to realize that you already hold the key to acquiring whatever degree of freedom you desire.

In fact, it's a simple formula. Your freedom is directly tied to your wealth. And your wealth is measured in time.

So today I want to introduce you to a new way to think about money.

Forget Bernie & Warren, Nobody Watched Anyway

Podcast cover

It's election season!

Yet another Democratic primary debate. Yet another round of losers outdoing each other to see who can bankrupt America the fastest.

Make up a problem in our society, and I guarantee Bernie Sanders has a government program to "solve" it!

In fact, his latest scheme might be his most laughable. He recognizes that his Medicare-for-All scam would eliminate millions of insurance jobs. Not to worry! He'll just create a government re-education program to train them in new industries.

Of course, we're the ones who are going to pick up the tab for it.

That's right: the man who has never generated a single thing of value in his life thinks he has the right to outlaw private health insurance, plunder us to pay for Medicare-for-All, and then plunder us even further to pay for retraining everyone he just put out of work.

All of these elected professional crooks know one thing very well: money is power. As long as they can invent enough schemes to separate you from your money, they can keep themselves in power over you.

It's up to you to make yourself so valuable that nothing they can do can touch your ability to generate money for yourself.

Trump Admits We Now Have a Mercenary Army

Podcast cover

One of Donald Trump's most unique traits is the connection between his brain and his mouth. In other words, whatever enters his brain exits his mouth.

People think he makes the presidency look bad.

But I think it's a good thing. Here's why.

He occupies an office with a long history of blatant lies & propaganda. For years, we've listened to presidents obscure the truth. They certainly have great sales pitches as they appeal to our patriotism. But they're lying all the same.

Generations of young Americans have died believing they were fighting for "freedom & democracy." But really, they're just fighting wars for oil rights and dying for the expansion of the American empire.

Now, we finally have a president who tells it like it is. I'm sure whomever is elected after him will get right back to the lies & propaganda.

So I'm going to enjoy hearing the truth while it lasts.

President Trump Just Assassinated the John Wayne of the Middle East, feat. Michael Malice

The 2010s: The Decade the World Got Rich

Podcast cover
Read more

The last episode of the decade!

The 2010s were years of massive transformation across the world. Entire industries sprang up overnight. Technological advancement is accelerating exponentially. Global poverty is plummeting. Wealth is exploding.

The world we live in today is objectively better off than the world in 2010.

But if you listen to the media, it sounds like everything is bad and getting worse. Especially here in America.

It used to take generations to build the type of wealth you can now create overnight. And automation & AI on the horizon will only make it easier.

First, though, you have to change your mindset. You have to recognize your potential and stop listening to politicians & media personalities who want to see you discouraged & dependent.

They're telling you things are bad. I'm here to tell you everything is great, and it's just getting greater--for everyone!

Vincent Ferrari is a longtime friend of the show, and he's one of the most inspiring people you'll ever meet.

No one better exemplifies the spirit of our show than Vincent.

Several weeks ago, he invited me on his show Because We Make, and we had such a great conversation that I invited him out to LA to share his amazing story with the rest of you. This year could have been his worst year, but he went and made it his best. I hope you're inspired by his story.

We made it to the home stretch of 2019. We've all had a hell of a year, and we're just getting started. Thank you for all of your support, and for being the best audience on the internet.

On behalf of Team Stapleton, I want to wish each and every one of you a merry Christmas, a happy New Year, and a 2020 full of increasing wealth, power, & influence.

Did Anybody Even Watch the Democratic Debate?

Podcast cover
Read more

I'm sure none of you watched last night's Democratic debate. The Democratic field is completely uninspired. None of these jokers will stand a chance on a debate stage against Trump.

However, the Democrats' debate performances can teach us a lot about how to influence & persuade (and how not to!), so I cut up some of the best clips of the night.

One of the biggest takeaways: Elizabeth Warren is finished.

In other news, a report found that more than 9,300 retail stores closed across the United States in 2019. Consumers are spending as much money as ever, but they're spending it in different ways. Brick-and-mortar retail stores are losing their grip on the country.

Our economy is in one of the greatest transitions in history. It will be as fundamental as the Industrial Revolution. Productivity increases are about to EXPLODE. But that means a lot of jobs are going to disappear.

In other words, the vast majority of the workforce must be retrained.

Will you suffer through this transition? Or are you in a position to profit from it?

Make the decision now to set yourself up for the future.

Merry Christmas! You're Impeached.

Podcast cover
Read more

We told you weeks ago that Trump would be impeached. And now it's happening.

That's all the news media is talking about! But we've known it was going to happen for weeks. And there's so many better stories to talk about.

For example, California recently passed a law they claimed was supposed to help independent contractors. Predictably, it's destroying a ton of freelance jobs.

And a recent poll by Pew Research Center found that 69% of Americans say the economy is helping the wealthy while hurting the poor, those without college degrees, and the middle class.

In reality, it's never been easier for someone of lesser means to generate enormous wealth by providing great value to the world.

But the first step? You have to stop listening to everyone who wants to keep you impoverished, distracted, and dependent.

The Opioid Epidemic Is Not Big Pharma's Fault

Podcast cover
Read more

Naloxone is a powerful cure for opioid overdoses. It's usually available as an injection. But now you can get it as a nasal spray.

Here's the thing. The makers of OxyContin also own the company selling the nasal spray antidote. So now people are criticizing them for creating addictions and then profiting off the cure.

But the makers of OxyContin aren't responsible for the opioid crisis. Supplying a product that people want doesn't create addicts.

So what does? Today, we discuss.

How the Fed Plans to Wipe Out Your Savings

Podcast cover
Read more

Boris Johnson's Conservative Party won the UK elections with a huge majority.

Voters have again given a one-finger salute to the narratives of urban elites. This, in spite of a mass media campaign to discredit Boris in all the usual ways. Looks like Brexit is going to happen.

That's the story everyone is talking about. So we talked about it briefly. But the most noteworthy news happened here in the US. And you probably haven't heard about it.

Today, the Fed announced that they will be printing almost HALF A TRILLION DOLLARS over the next 30 days.

What are they trying to tell us (or not tell us, in this case)? It's anyone's guess. But I can guarantee it's not going to be good for your savings account.

I'll break it down for you on today's show.

New IG Report Proves Nobody Is Looking Out For You

Podcast cover
Read more

The DOJ IG finally released his report on his investigation into the Trump-Russia conspiracy. And predictably, everyone on all sides is taking a victory lap. None of them actually care about you.

Meanwhile, trucking giant Celadon will declare bankruptcy. When they do, they will strand 3,200 drivers on the road. 2019 has been a terrible year in the trucking industry. That was also entirely predictable.

Finally, Michelle Obama is defending her friendship with President George W. Bush. She claims we should focus on humanity rather than partisan differences. That's convenient for her to say.

If you are waiting around for someone wealthy and powerful to save you and escort you into a better world, you will be disappointed. Lots of people will promise the moon to you. But nobody is going to save you.

Your wealth will determine your power and influence. And your power and influence will determine your freedom. It's up to you to make the most of it.
