I listened to the podcast recently with the interview of Alice Feiring. I thought the questions were well thought out and Peter Barrett was very well informed about the subject so that the interview flowed well. It was like old friends talking. He is a good interviewer and I enjoyed listening for the whole hour—not once was I bored, on the contrary! Look forward to more podcasts.

If the remaining episodes follow suit with the the first, this is a great listen. A genuine tone of conversation with food professionals. Not your ordinary food podcast, this is an unpretentious conversation with those who cook and those who make cooking look good.
