Madison is better than this podcast

I truly love Madison Wisconsin and was drawn to this podcast immediately. Unfortunately, Joe, the host who claims to love Madison enough to create a podcast about it, has zero passion in his voice when talking about it. His episode about 10 things he loved about the town sounded like a guy reading ingredients off of a box of cereal. The predominant talk of other episodes is lengthy real estate numbers breakdowns. I was expecting something a little more from this. Something with the passion and excitement that Madison represents.
