Not Sure this one is for me the beginner in Plant Based Lifestyle

By Deep6kor - Nov 24 2019
Read more
Spent a few days listing to several of the podcast by No Meat Athlete and found that I could not follow the structure. Lost of discussion about disc golf and very little discussion about the topic. I think with a little more of a structured agenda and less rambling it could be a very good podcast. This is probably a good pod cast for life long plant based eaters, but lacks the informative aspect a person new to the plant based lifestyle needs to truly be successful, so I have decided to move on from this one.

Great resource!
