The male host is really getting on my last nerve. He just reiterates the simplest most mundane parts of the podcast He is very slow in his pace and it just irks me. The lack of good questions is astounding. It’s just a piggyback on what the guest said. That being said, the guest speakers bring a lot of value.

This is a great podcast concept. The hosts try to address the selected topics as best they can, they just miss a few key parts. While listening through the topics the biggest opportunity I see comes from the lack of structure and flow from the hosts on asking the right questions to have a topic vetted out to give the listeners what they are wanting. The line of questioning doesn’t quite get the interviewee to provide advice, topic background, and supporting evidence to better vet out the particular topic. I think that with time this podcast will get better and better as the hosts become more experienced and get more feedback on how to direct a line of questioning.
