I did not register for the course or read the assigned material.

In my opinion, this course ought to be required for every church leader including elders, deacons, and leaders of women’s ministries.  There ought to be a follow-on advanced version required for every pastor.

This course addresses essential topics that every church leader needs to know but I thought were never taught in seminary or in local churches – management and leadership topics.  This course addresses topics that make us feel uncomfortable because we don’t want to admit there are humans in churches.  How does a church leader deal with difficult people?  How does a church leader deal with conflict within a church?

Every church leader will encounter problems and every church leader will need to know the material taught in this course.
