Katrina’s podcast has been so clarifying. There’s so many nuisances that can become overlooked particularly since most training gears toward the Physical Therapy or dance backgrounds. Going through comprehensive training has been challenging coming from an unrelated field. Katrina’s podcasts really fill in a lot of the gaps that’s missing. Thank you!!!

Wonderful technical questions about specific Pilates exercises and the mechanical / anatomical nuances of them - specifically stomach massage, footwork foot positions and arabesque.  Anatomically we looked at the glute max versus the 6 deep hip extensors as well as psoas major versus rectus femoris ("quads").  On a totally separate note, we also discussed how Joe Pilates was a real person - cigar smoking, tatoo bearing and wiskey drinking!
