She has 15 years of experience transforming organizations across a diverse range of sectors, from large federal agencies to locally-owned small businesses. Helen holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Spanish from the University of Texas at Austin and (most of) a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The George Washington University. She is currently a Subject Matter Expert and Adjunct Professor at the University of Hartford Online Masters of Science in Organizational Psychology program. Outside of the consulting world, Helen is a 500-RYT certified yoga instructor, carrying her passion for individual change and growth onto the mat.
