Cask Strength Meets Head Buyer for Cask Investment Firm | PATRICK FISHER - ELITE WINE AND WHISKY
Cask Strength - The Whisky Podcast
The first of many interviews to come will be uploaded to all the normal podcast platforms and also Youtube 🎥 So if you fancy watching the podcast instead of listening follow the link below to our YouTube channel. Yes we’ve finally figured out how to work zoom and decided it was an appropriate time to interview Patrick, Head buyer at Elite Wine and Whiskies - a whisky cask investment firm. Given the news story that emerged recently from a certain whisky broker slating other whisky brokers over potential scams ✋ We thought it would be the perfect time to ask someone in the know so we can clear any questions up. It’s undoubtedly true that there is some companies out there advertising unrealistic returns on cask investment. We decided to ask Patrick, the Head Buyer at Elite Wine and Whisky, about: casks investment, realistic returns, potential scams (and what to look out for) as well as discussing our favourite drams and distilleries 🏴 The first edition of “Cask Strength Meets..” will be uploaded to YouTube and your preferred podcast platform on Friday 2nd July 🍻 🥃 Massive thanks to Patrick for joining us and thanks again to Lloyd for helping us set this interview up. P3 Performance Psychologist Patrick Fisher - the mental side of sport
In this episode, I am joined by Patrick Fisher who is from P3 Performance Psychology. Their mission is to bridge the gap between knowledge and practice by providing effective evidence-based interventions combined with 12 years of experience in elite sport to help athletes, coaches, teams, and sporting organisations reach their potential. Pat shares so much insight into the mental side of sport and mental health in general. He is able to shed a light on various topics that can be deemed as taboo and trying to break down that stigma. We discuss emotions and how they are neither good nor bad, just that there is a full spectrum that only makes us human. Pat also provides some tips and advice on how to be 'mentally healthy' and being prepared for a race or any sporting event. Being prepared and proactive is key! There are so many amazing things to unpack in this episode, I highly recommend listening and checking out P3 Performance Psychology and Patrick Fisher You can follow them on Instagram @p3performancepsychology or send them an email email@example.com To keep up with the podcast follow the Instagram page @perfectly_flawed_podcast
