In this episode I’m joined by Bridget Morris, People and Performance Manager – Tip Top NZ for George Weston Foods (GWF NZ).  George Weston Foods may not be a name you’re familiar with but it is the great bakery business behind some of New Zealand’s best-loved brands like Tip Top Bakery and Big Ben Pies. Bridget is a client of Customise Talent Group (I recently placed a new member of her team), and has worked in HR &amp; Talent for the majority of her career, so definitely knows what she’s talking about.
