I used to work with Andrew at Havas People in London before he moved to Australia to continue his work in the world of employer branding and employer/recruitment marketing. 

It was great catching up and getting his view on what the world of employer branding is like in Australia, what he learnt from his stint in the consumer branding world and what he'd put on the agenda of a talent attraction meeting.
