As I learn, I grow in action and confidence in my ability and trust in my body. My latest detox efforts were for my life-threatening illnesses and I had to do major detox for survival  Before I did my first detox, I had NO clue what it was about, that was 25 years ago. I just went on an elimination diet, me and two small children ate only sweet potatoes for 3 weeks straight and reintroduced one food at a time (2 &amp; 4 year old kids at the time).   But it wasn't enough.  I now know a true detox is intently working on ALL the layers, getting rid of all the parasites, chemicals, old viruses, pathogens, radiation, everything that stops the body from working optimally. She suffered from chronic illness for over 50 years and in the last few years, she’s been starting to have incredible breakthroughs with her health, which is why she is so passionate about helping others.    In this podcast Maribeth explains:   How parasites play a role in how people are reacting to this current situation. We cannot recover from chronic illness and disease without parasite cleansing.
