Episode #9 Tasha Smith on The 2 most important hires to make early.

Keri on Mom Podcast

I am thrilled to introduce to you Tasha Smith who is the Founder of Emerge Sales training, an author of Customer's First and mom of 2. In this conversation with Tasha we talk about so many things, but my biggest takeaways is the 2 most important people you should hire...and it's probably not who you think. In our conversation, we touch on why an impact journal can be more important than revenue when you are first starting, how to get your family to buy-in to the idea of running a business. While our discussion doesn't really touch on her book, if you are in the business of network marketing, you MUST pick up her book to learn why putting customers first is so important, and how to sell without being a sleezeball! If you are a network marketer, your business and leadership skills will benefit from her services. Check out Tasha at emergesalestraining.com and pick up a free copy of her book at customerfirstbook.comIf you find these conversations helpful, please share this podcast with someone you think will enjoy like you.

Her health started to seriously decline, and her stress was literally killing her. In this episode we talk about burnout, We really focus on burnout and how society really pushes us to chase only success and happiness without truly listening to ourselves.
