Un cadeau mal emballé

Rachel n’a que 43 ans, mais elle a déjà eu plusieurs vies. Toujours avec un train d’avance, elle décide dès la fin de ses études de vivre de sa passion et saute en l’an 2000 dans le grand bain de l’entrepreneuriat, en créant sa marque de mode équitable et bio. Après 10 ans de cette belle aventure, un déménagement en Bourgogne change la donne. Rachel reprend les rennes d’une association qui organise des stages de développement personnel. De quoi ouvrir très très grand l’esprit de cette curieuse insatiable ! C’est cette expérience lui donne l’idée d’entreprendre à nouveau : nous sommes en 2018, Human Tempo est née.  Human Tempo, ce sont des séjours de ressourcement proposés à ceux qui traversent un burn-out ou n’en sont pas loin. Une parenthèse au calme, dans la nature, entourée de praticiens bienveillants et expérimentés, pour que ceux qui en ont tant besoin puissent reprendre leur souffle. Je suis très heureuse que Rachel soit venue raconter son histoire et celle de ce beau projet à mon micro. Bonne écoute !
