She teaches how to set goals that you actually get done and not just cut out some pretty pictures and glue them to a poster board.She recommends that you do a vision board every 12 months. Darlene takes us through a guided exercise to imagine your dreams. Scientific studies indicate that students that visualized they has 100% accuracy. If they didn't even try only had 55% accuracy in anything they were trying to accomplish.Darlene reminds us to write our goals down in present tense as it they have already happened.
