I believe Grace’s name was foreshadowing the woman she would become, the woman she now is.  Grace is such a light, and has incredible, hard earned wisdom that brought her into teaching all things meditation, calm, and peace.  Our conversation was super fun, and very real, which is exactly how she approaches mediation.  I laughed out loud, as we somehow made an analogy between mediation and chocolate milk (listen in- I swear it makes sense in context!)
