NOMBERG LAW LIVE: Greg Brewer - Calling It Like He Sees It.
Nomberg Law Live
Sports have always been part of Greg Brewer’s life. In addition to joining the Alabama High School Athletic Association in 1985, from 1980-2001 Greg was the official basketball scorer for the University of Alabama Sports Information Department. The Florence native was also a former high school official in football, baseball and basketball, and for many years was the director of officials. Greg helped develop the AHSAA officiating program that’s currently in place. Officiating is a lost profession that Greg is helping to revive. Greg shared some awesome insight into what it's like to be an official and how someone can get involved in officiating. The Cost Of Speaking The Truth, Bishop Greg Brewer
A Priest And A Rabbi
Do you find it difficult to speak the truth about current topics? Tomorrow we talk about The Cost of Speaking the Truth with Bishop Greg Brewer of Episcopal Diocese of Central Floridal in The Episcopal Church.
Over 20 years ago two young aspiring winemakers met, each bringing a vision and a drive to produce world-class wine. Focusing on the Burgundian roots of pinot noir and chardonnay, they paid homage to France. They were keen on making their own footprint and forging a style that was uniquely Californian. The wines embrace the power, pedigree and richness of the Sta. Rita Hills, that has become the trademark of Brewer–Clifton. At Brewer – Clifton, there is an utmost respect for nature. We believe that when working with a product of nature, it is necessary to always maintain an awareness of the elements and phenomena that are sometimes beyond our total understanding and control. If at any time that level of sensitivity is lessened, we risk the unavoidable degradation of the very goals that we are trying to pursue. As such, any intervention in the natural evolution of the product must be carried out with the utmost attentiveness and care.We believe that the geographic, geologic and climatic uniqueness of the Sta. Rita Hills appellation provides an ideal place to grow chardonnay and pinot noir grapes of intensity, complexity and specificity. Within this appellation, each vineyard carries its own imprint. Our mission and indeed our passion is to present wines that convey the characteristics inherent to each of these sites, with uncompromising quality.Visit Brewer Clifton Winery - https://www.winesoundtrack.com/cantine/brewer-clifton
