Her love for small class sizes and interaction with students have kept her engaged in Albion since day one. Vicki has expanded the management curriculum at Albion and each of those classes brings together a cross-section of students that makes for a richer liberal arts learning experience. Vicki talks about the ways she has worked to engage her students with local organizations. She sees these partnerships as mutually beneficial for both the students and the organizations for learning and progress.
