Today's episode with Lisa-Anne, Chris, and Sirena ran long, really long.  So we split it into two episodes.  (you'll have to listed to part two, there is a sequence of about 5 minutes of laughter I am going to have to use as part of the best of episode someday) They discuss the lock down and and it's effect on them. Recap Chris doing the ORM UltraVirus 2 and UltraVirus 3.  They talk about the effect of race family on the course.  Chris talks about how she's never seen someone who can talk for 31 miles like Mike and how it helped her through.  In 2018 Trystan, their daughter with Dravet Syndrome, was able to do the Special Spartan Kids Race.  In the past Ainsley's Angels has taken her though some road races and Chris and Sirena discuss the future of getting Trystan through some entire mud races(More Heart Than Scars). Sirena and I sit and talk about everything while in Hawaii. No races because of a "Hurricane" Stupid Lane. So we sit on the Lanai of my hotel room and talk about how much it sucks that we didn't get to run and then a little bit of everything else. This is a little bit of a long episode and alcohol may have been involved. There is some wind in the episode but it seems to clear up as we go, there was also a weird glitch where the computer stopped recording at 16 mins and that is why the commercial is just kind of there.
