Healthy, Strong Masculine: Stepping into Your Power with Stefanos Sifandos

Muscle Intelligence

This episode will help you explore relationship dynamics, intimacy issues and how to navigate attachment and communication styles. Our new guest, Stefanos (Stef) Sifandos, brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and transparency to the conversation about intimacy, masculinity, self awareness and communication styles.   This conversation sheds light on how to make the necessary identity shifts through exploring limiting beliefs and our shadows; how to harness deeper connection through self-awareness, vulnerability, and relationship intimacy; healthy vs toxic masculinity; and most importantly, how listeners might best implement these transformational practices into their lives. This is a must-listen for men, those people who love them and anyone in a relationship who values growth, self-discovery and connection. Learn More about Stefanos Sifandos’ work: https://stefanossifandos.com/ Stef on all Social Media Platforms: @stefanossifandos ====== Sponsor: BiOptimizers One of the big keys to optimal health is to have balanced blood sugar. But what happens when you eat a donut? Your pancreas releases insulin, which tells your body there is plenty of energy so now is the time to store fat. But here’s the thing. It doesn’t matter whether you eat a donut or drink a glass of orange juice. Low-fiber processed carbohydrates from crackers to chips to cookies to juice all have a similar effect on blood sugar. When you take in a lot of carbs too quickly — without much fiber or fat to slow down absorption — you could experience what we call a “sugar crash,” which leads to low energy, brain fog, and weight gain. And due to the addictive nature of sugar and carbs, once your body brings your blood sugar levels back down, that’s when the cravings kick in! And if you give in to those cravings, it starts the cycle all over again. So I hope you can see how important it is to maintain healthy blood sugar levels. The question is, how do you do it? Well, one way is to reduce your intake of processed carbohydrates and make sure you eat fat, protein, fiber, and greens at most meals. But no one is perfect. We all cheat sometimes. So it just makes sense to have a way to maintain healthy blood sugar day in, day out, even if you have an “off” day. That’s why I recommend a product called Blood Sugar Breakthrough by BiOptimizers. This easy to take supplement is the result of numerous tests to find the absolute best formula for maintaining healthy blood sugar. In fact, BiOptimizers went through 5 different formulations before landing on this one. Blood Sugar Breakthrough works to safely lower blood sugar after meals so that you can maintain a healthy weight and redirect carbs to your muscles where they can be burned for energy. This means you’ll avoid the worst effects of high blood sugar — like weight gain — while enjoying more stable energy, mental clarity, and fewer cravings. Ep 52 Moving Into the Realm of Curiosity with Stefanos Sifandos

Cheaper Than Therapy with Vanessa and Dené

Stefanos Sifandos is a relationship alchemist. He is also an advocate for men’s empowerment, a relationship coach, and well-known for his transformational way of educating on the interplay of masculine and feminine dynamics. We talk with Stefanos about how addressing our core wounds can support us in creating resiliency for the inevitable challenges we’ll continue to face in life, the contrast of our introverted and extroverted shadow (a new usage of the terms for us!), how masculine and feminine energies are playing out in all of our relationships, and presence - both with ourselves and others, as the key to creating a sense of connection and safety. We were so unbelievably captivated and blown away by the wisdom Stefanos had to share. We know you will be too. Stefanos Sifandos: Why Men Love the Chase but Not the Catch

HYDRATE with Tracy Duhs

Why do men love the chase but not the catch? I’m about to get real with you…I feel like a man's eyes are on you until he gets what he's wanting and then his focus shifts to his next pursuit. Ladies, do you agree? Men, do you beg to differ?    I know that's not with ALL men, but for me, it feels like a pattern. It was even something as a little girl that I paid attention to. And because of that, I always feared getting married. I feared that if I finally had a relationship with a man where we were committed forever, that he would stop pursuing me. The pursuit would be over.    I’ve be so curious about this and wanting to understand this in great depth and that’s why I brought Stefanos Sifandos onto the HYDRATE podcast. In the episode, he gave me a clear understanding as to why I feel like this is a regular pattern with men, and what I can do as a woman to break it.    Stefanos is a trained educator and relationship expert with a background in behavioral science. He is passionate about leading people closer to their highest potential. He helps men and women escape negative patterns and cultivate a positive sense of self as well as restructuring and re-framing their relationships with themselves and their loved ones.   Whether you’re a man or woman, I know there is a part of this episode that will speak to you and bring greater awareness to your actions in your relationships.    Find more from Stefanos:    Instagram: @stefanosstifanos Website: stefanosstifanos.com

Stefanos Sifandos: Rewriting Your Own History With What You Learned Through Pain

Align Podcast

What is the cure to pain? What are we supposed to do with the learnings we gain from going through painful experiences? What does holding space actually mean? What happens when we withhold our own truth? In this episode of the Align podcast, Stefano shares with us why and how he hit rock bottom, how he expressed his addictions to sex, alcohol, physical extenuation, materialism, status, and how someone living through a similar passage can find peace with their story.  Plus, we explore the reality that most of us act according to what people feel is “normal” and expected by our society, which results in us feeling ashamed of expressing what we truly want and suppressing our own fantasies.  Stefanos Sifandos is a relationship alchemist, international speaker, and author who facilitates transformational growth through neuro-empowerment practices to help evolve and enhance relationships. Unlearning Masculinity: What it Truly Means to Be a Man with Stefanos Sifandos | Relationships

IGNTD

Today we’re taking a deep dive into a topic we haven’t explored in a little while on the IGNTD Podcast, and that is masculinity. Many men struggle with this concept of masculinity and what it means to “be a man.” These struggles often stem from early childhood experiences and are further perpetuated by society. But, the conversation is beginning to shift. Many men are beginning to embody a new version of masculinity and relearn what it really means to truly “be a man.” Joining me to take this deep dive into masculinity today is my special guest, Stefanos Sifandos. For the last 15 years, Stef has been doing a ton of work in his field, exploring concepts around masculinity and transformation. He is a Relationship Specialist, a Masculine/Feminine Educator, coach, and speaker. As a sought-after innovator in the personal transformation, relationship, and leader space, Stef has served as a mentor and trainer to some of Australia’s top professional sporting teams, professional individual athletes, gold medalists, and more. Together, we discuss the ways in which men can embody this new version of masculinity, what “being a man” really means, what real growth looks like, and how the healthy vs. the unhealthy aspects of masculinity show up in our lives. Stef also shares about his personal experiences with toxic masculinity, his journey in transformation, and all about the work that he does now to help others in their own journeys. This was a really fun conversation that is sure to challenge all of us in creating better relationships, becoming more accountable, and taking massive strides into becoming the best version of ourselves that we can be. 115: How to Know When a Relationship Has Reached it's Expiry Date with Stefanos Sifandos

Elevate Your Soul

Today I interview Love and Relationship coach, Stefanos Sifandos on how to know when your relationship has reached it's expiry date or not. We discuss when you are going through a rough phase in your relationship (ie; more arguments, less tolerance, more stress, less sex), how do you know if it's best to stay in the relationship and use this time to learn, grow, strengthen and keep supporting your partner, or if it's time to end the relationship because it's no longer in alignment anymore. Notice how Stefanos uses the term "challenging" in a relationship versus "difficult". A healthy relationship can be challenging, but should not constantly feel difficult. One other thing that didn't come up in the interview but I think is a great option to consider when you're in doubt of staying in or leaving a relationship, is to take a break. Have some time to be physically separated from each other and see how each of you feel while you're not in each others presence after a while. You can check out Stefanos's work on his website at: https://shor.by/stefanossifandosOr find him on instagram @stefanossifandosWatch my podcasts on YouTube at youtube.com/elevateyoursoulpodcast
