Today's guest is AnnMarie Grohs, owner of BOHO Studios in Richmond. AnnMarie started BOHO while working at Morton’s Steakhouse 8 years ago and was one of the very first of it’s category back when boutique fitness studios were barely a thing.  Boho now has multiple locations in Richmond and AnnMarie gets frequent calls from developers to bring her business to new developments in other states.  I absolutely loved this conversation with AnnMarie about how shows grown and adapted over the last years, especially during the ‘Rona, and my favorite story is when she talked to her bank in 2019 about a new location. The banker didn’t even really look at any of the financials and just said, “whatever you need for  funding, we’ll do it.” Lots of amazing stuff in here from a brilliant and successful business owner, check it out!
