Tim Walters is the Chairman and a co-founder of Reopen-Maryland. Reopen Maryland operates as a 501c (4) advocating for the responsible opening of religious, commercial, educational and social life of all Marylanders. Reopen Maryland currently has over 26,000 active members. Reopen Maryland is one of the complainants in a Federal Lawsuit against Governor Hogan and the state of Maryland. Tim retired from the US Navy after 20 years of service as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Technician. In the 15 years since retiring, Tim has been a Consultant providing Program Management experience to the Department of Defense. Mr. Walters has a Bachelor of Science in Management Studies, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Mr. Walters is also the Pastor of Grace and Truth Church in Linthicum, MD.
