Kathy DeBoer is a member of the Active Women’s Health Initiative advisory board and has been the Executive Director of the American Volleyball Coaches Association since 2006. Before her current position, Kathy spent 23 years in intercollegiate athletics serving as a coach, administrator, and fundraiser. In this episode, she shares her thoughts about her own experiences in sport and how we can support girls and women participating in sport and physical activity.
