095: Core Values with Teresa McCloy, The REALIFE Process
For Love of Team™ | Winston Faircloth
On this week's podcast we introduce a new interview series where we will be chatting with industry experts to gain their insight on developing Core Values that create a winning team. We kick off this interview series with Teresa McCloy -- a Certified Coach, Speaker, and Enneagram Professional.Teresa was once a workaholic who spent much of her time looking for affirmation through her productivity. After her family experienced a personal crisis, Teresa knew it was time to look inward and work through her need to always take on more. During this journey, she was able to find her REALSELF and is now helping others do the same through her REALIFE Process program. We talk to Teresa about core values and her own breaking points of when she realized she needed to depend on other people to achieve the success she was envisioning for herself.

034 BA: Teresa McCloy, Cultivating Real Life Seasons
For Love of Team™ | Winston Faircloth
Mastermind friend and executive coach, Teresa McCloy shares her Begin Again story of courage to start over as an entrepreneur after a business failure and 15 years in ministry. Teresa and I share a love of the imagery of "seasons" of life. Listen carefully about her season of waiting and preparation: this will speak to you if your plans are not progressing as quickly as you would like. Her rich and wise experience of living on a farm imbues her new calling with grace, surrender and trust. Personally, I had to listen to this episode a couple of times to harvest more of the wisdom from a life well lived and of a calling that's just emerging. ***Connect with Teresa: Teresa.McCloy.comTeresa on Facebook Teresa on LinkedInThe Enneagram in your REALIFE podcast***During my birthday month of March, I'm once again offering free 30 minute business alignment sessions.
