Mini 57 - The "we" in Systems Thinking with Robert Pragai

Le Sprinkler Mini

About Robert  My sports background fueled my desire to not only work in and lead teams, but to continuously understand the dynamics between individuals and teams. That desire with guidance from some amazing coaches and mentors allowed me to hone my skills and instill confidence that by truly  identifying causes of dysfunction, you can turn teams and individuals around to reach their potential.  For more than 10 years, I have been a part and led a vast array of teams ranging in size and dynamics in various sectors (IT, security, financial, hospitality, retail, and medical) from local to national level both in Canada and USA.  The experience and knowledge that I have acquired and demonstrated, are allowing me to be more proficient to coach, mentor or lead a team and/or individuals to reach their goal(s) and potential.  More about Robert on LinkedIn : https://www.linkedin.com/in/robertpragai/

What to do when you get bored? Interview of Robert Pragai by Sylvie Gendreau-TFS00 1

They Make Me Smarter

The conversation with Robert took almost three hours, from which I edited three episodes of 20 minutes. The first one is about his life story from which we learn how our personality and the events of our life can help us to draw a learning path to grow. The second episode, Make The Problem Visible, is about the new skills we need to learn to survive and succeed in today world. Finally, the third episode, What happens when you fail, is about tips and mind tricks to get things done and learned from our past failures. What makes Robert special? He gets bored easily. He needs to be stimulated ALL THE TIME to pay attention and be operational. For him, to be creative is not an option, it's a way of living!
