#92 Roger Hayden

MotoAmerica Off Track with Carruthers and Bice

Former Suzuki Factory Superbike rider Roger Hayden had a graceful retirement from racing, but the youngest of the three Hayden brothers is still very much involved in the sport not only as a riding coach but also as a color commentator on MotoAmerica's broadcast team. Carruthers and Bice talked with Rog about a variety of subjects, and it also happened to be brother Nicky's birthday. #29 Roger Hayden

MotoAmerica Off Track with Carruthers and Bice

Roger Hayden is retired but he's far from being a stranger to the MotoAmerica paddock. The former Supersport Champion and MotoAmerica Superbike race winner still rules the roost in Owensboro, Kentucky, as the senior member of the group of racers who ride and train together. We caught up with Hayden to give his opinions on a wide range of subjects and he also fills us in on what exactly "slimming" is. Instagram: @rogerhayden95Twitter: @rogerhayden95Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/rogerhayden95/Support the show (http://motoamerica.com)

Ep.98 – Roger Hayden

Dinner with Racers

We FINALLY got a motorcycle guy… and who better than Mr. Roger Hayden. One of the best motorcycle racers in the country, Roger has won many times in the top US category, MotoAmerica’s Superbike championship, in addition to having raced in MotoGP and also winning the Supersport championship. Part of the famous Hayden family who all hail from Owensboro, Kentucky, we decided to stop by on our drive from Atlanta to Indianapolis, and couldn’t be happier with trip. Roger talks about his brother Tommy, his brother Nicky, like as a factory rider for Suzuki, and of course…. the one… the only… JRP. WHO? Listen and find out. Lunch was served at Moonlite BBQ in Owensboro, Kentucky, with the music of the Station taking us out. Thanks to Continental Tire for all of their support, and Acura for providing a great MDX.
