The Godfather himself, Mark Long-- MTV Challenge Champion castmate started his reality TV career in the early 90s on the hit reality TV series -Road Rules Challenge- on MTV.
Mark competed on multiple seasons of MTV The Challenge and he is even a 2x champion! He also has a long stint at being a television personality and host. He was also recently inducted into the Challenge Hall of Fame and was recognized for his reality TV greatness.

In this 30 minute episode he shares more about the nature of volunteers and strategies leaders can use in promoting the worth, dignity and development of volunteers to foster unity and enhance safety. His study is enlightening.
Many of these strategies can apply and add significant value in a much broader leadership context, regardless of sector and status of the individual - be they volunteer or paid employee.
