The podcast has also become an avenue to explore leadership principles, professional growth, and interview inspiring guests. Jeff gives credit where credit is due. His wife of 32 years, Dian, has been the consummate partner throughout his career. Jeff and Dian have three grown children, son Payton, 21, and twin girls, Emma and Mary, 19.
