695: Eric Metaxas Reveals Stunning New Evidence for God and the Created Universe

The Shaun Tabatt Show

While culture tells us we started off as goo and God is just a figment of our imaginations, plain logic and reason inform us otherwise. Bestselling author Eric Metaxas has all the answers to life’s most pondered questions in his new book, Is Atheism Dead?. By echoing some of Christianity’s greatest thinkers—including C.S. Lewis and G.J. Chesterton—Metaxas makes the compelling and logical case for a created universe, claiming that all arguments for atheism are unfounded and intellectually sloppy. Success Made to Last

Eric has done some so much that I will only mention a couple of highlights. He is the NYT #1 bestselling author of Martin Luther: The Man Who Rediscovered God and Changed the World nd other NYT best sellers. He just published Fish Out of Water: A Search for Meaning. It is a wonderful book, and I urge you to read it—whether you know anything about Eric or not. Better writing is hard to find. . It is an extraordinarily well written book, which is funny and filled with what the back cover copy correctly calls “Runyonesque” characters. While hugely entertaining, it is a memoir that looks back at Eric’s childhood, adolescence, college and post-college days that ultimately has him struggling with a lack of purpose and meaning in his life—and how he overcame that.
