Grace is very candid about what's it's like to grow up physically and spiritually on the internet, and how to stay authentic to yourself in the midst of all these changes.

We speak about therapy, and it's benefits, and she even shares her plans for the future. I loved speaking with Grace, and I hope you enjoy this episode.

Grace Victory: Dealing With Guilt, Healing & Understanding Emotions - Ep 166

Play
Read more
This week’s episode I am joined by Grace Victory who is one of my favourite people ever. Grace is a blogger, writer, TA therapist in training and is all about multidimensional wellbeing.

Back in September Grace joined me for a live recording of the podcast and since then we’ve stayed in touch via text but hadn’t really had a catch up face-to-face since so this was a great excuse for a recording with her. And we all know so much has changed within the world with the cover pandemic and uprising of Black Lives Matter movement, which have effected us all emotionally and mentally.

So it was great to get Grace back on the podcast to discuss what she’s been up to and her learnings in lockdown. What I always love is Grace’s honesty with herself and her emotions, particularly when she shared a really vulnerable moment towards the end of this episode which she hasn’t mention publicly before.

During this conversation, we spoke about:
  • Dealing with feelings of guilt
  • Life going back to normal after lockdown
  • Developing romantic relationships in lockdown
  • Healing from deep trauma

If there is someone you feel would benefit from hearing this conversation then please make sure you share it with a friend who would enjoy listening and really take something from it :)

In this episode of "My Beauty Habits" I'm joined by documentary presenter, content creator and author Grace Victory.
Grace and I have a great chat about how therapy is changing her life, the things that she does each morning that set her up for the day ahead, beauty products that she adores, her hopes and ambitions and a really exciting project that she has just launched.
Grace is one of the most honest and open people that I have interviewed on the podcast and I instantly warmed to her. Enjoy xx
