She holds space for women who are in a vulnerable spot in their lives and she becomes the energy to help them though whatever they are experiencing.Meet Dawna Gonzales. She is a coach and a black belt in the jujitsu world. She explains that this sport reflects what you are going through.This is an outlet for her. She believes if everyone would find something that would feed their soul and make them be present, it would change the world.Her story of how she got into the sport through the door of boxing is one of just saying yes and being ready to challenge herself to the next level.
