Fatherhood with Bernard Casey
Conversations with Corneliusđ
'Jambo' players and welcome back to another episode of 'Conversations with Cornelius' a padcast that has been hailed as 'A must not listen to' by all discerning eighteen century poets. Jambo, for those of you who don't know, is a Swahili greeting meaning Hello.... I'm not certain there are any listeners to the padcast in Uganda, The Democratic Republic of Congo, Tanzania or Kenya but I'm not willing to take that chance. This is an all inclusive 'padcast' so Jambo to one and to all. This week on the pad we are joined by regular contributor, hilarious comedian and actor Bernard Casey. Our topic of conversation revolves mainly around the broad topic of fatherhood. We are both dads and in this sparkling conversation we discus modern fatherhood, the fathers of our childhood and our future father selves Its a laugh a minuet and we zip along at lightening speed cracking each other up all the way through. So, Turn on, Tune in & drop out for awhile and enjoy... Conversations with Cornelius Love to all the players. If you're enjoying these 'padcasts' feel free to Subscribe, Rate and Review on iTunes. GAA with Bernard Casey #16
Conversations with Corneliusđ
What up players and thank you for popping by again so soon. This weeks episode of the 'padcast' tells the tale of an eighteen year old Gaelic footballer from a small fishing village way down on the south west tip of Ireland and his remarkable journey to All Ireland glory. The once eighteen year old is now a thirty year old father of one, comedian Bernard Casey aka 'The Gossip' aka 'The Nephew'. Its a fantastic insight into the life of a young man as he represents his parish on the path to All Ireland glory. Fast paced and filled with off the cuff improv and funny characters it was a delight to record. I hope you in enjoy it as much as I did recording it. Love to all the players. Cornelius. If you are enjoying these 'padcasts' and would like to help a brother out you can do so by Subscribing Rating and Reviewing to the 'pad' on iTunes. Kerry Comedian Bernard Casey Episode #08
Conversations with Corneliusđ
In this fantastic conversation I talk, laugh and improvise with the legend that is Bernard Casey. The chat ebbs and flows gloriously from Bernard's humble beginnings to his sold out Vicar street show early last year ( 2020 ). There are some fascinating anecdotes in this forty minuet chin wag none more intriguing than a gig Bernard did that almost finished his career before it began. Find out what incident changed the way Bernard approached his career and how even though he was a comedian of neigh on seven years he appeared to all to be an over night success. Its a funny interesting and compelling conversation and the first of many I intend to have with this funny Kerryman. Enjoy. If you enjoy my podcast please Rate, Review and Subscribe. 2: The Field with Bernard Casey (The Death of Moss Moore)
Crimeland
âI feel it in my watersâIn 1959, Moss Moore, a slight fifty year old bachelor farmer was found murdered in rural Kerry. The community didn't look far for a suspect, with fingers quickly pointing to local man Dan Foley - but was the wrong man maligned for this heinous tragedy? The story would inspire John B. Keane's famous 1965 play The Field and continue to frustrate generations in the many questions still left unanswered.@juleijaycomedy chats to @bernardcaseycomedy. If you have enjoyed this podcast we would love if you could leave us a five star review on itunes and/or tell a friend.
