Peter is a best-selling author, storyteller and copy writer. He also runs the popular marketing blog beatyourcontrol.com. Stephen Campolo (@stephencampolo) is a transformation coach with an incredible story. After being fed up with being scared to take his shirt off in the pool at his own birthday parties as a teenager, he knew he had to make a change. This led Stephen down the path of fitness and nutrition which ultimately helped him lose (and keep off) over 100lbs. And now it's his mission to help others do the same. Stephen has worked with thousands of clients around the world to help them transform their bodies, and thus transform their lives. We spoke a lot about how the physical changes that happen with diet and exercise are amazing, but they're secondary to all of the non-physical changes that will happen as well. We spoke about the importance of nutrition and some of the basic principals that one must follow. We also broke down some of the common language that's used online that's not necessarily a lie, but not the whole truth. You can't eat whatever you want and have the body of your dreams. Everything in moderation and there's got to be some sacrifice. It doesn't have to control your life, but you do have to manage it. And this is exactly what Stephen does, is help clients find that balance. Stephen is also releasing a book titled The 77 Laws of Six Pack Abs that outlines ALL of the factors that go into building that dream body. Not 1 or 2 gimmicky tricks, but it covers every angle you might need to cover to have those 6 pack abs you've been working towards. The book will be available in September.
