Jon Gomm, based in Yorkshire in the UK, is an acoustic singer-songwriter with a revolutionary virtuoso guitar style, where he uses one acoustic guitar to create drum sounds, bass lines and twisting melodies all at the same time. The emphasis is still on the soulful vocals and songwriting, and his original material is influenced by everything from Robert Johnson to Radiohead.  Jon is a truly and fiercely independent artist, with his own label and no mainstream industry support, but using mostly online social networks for promotion, he has defied the odds with a huge, truly supportive fanbase resulting in headline tours on all 5 continents, from Australia, Canada and Europe to China and South Africa and South America.   Rob Gomm is a vegan chef at Upside Down Cafe, a specialty coffee shop in Blackpool on the North West coast of the UK. Blackpool usually specialises in penny arcades, inflatable beach balls and hot, sugary doughnuts on the promenade, and it does not have a coffee culture…yet. Australian Rob Gomm is the Finance &amp; Operations Officer for the ICC East Asia Pacific regional office, based in the Cricket Australia offices in Melbourne. Prior to commencing the role in October 2017, he started his career as a Consultant for Deloitte, which he left to volunteer for a sporting NGO helping people with disabilities in the Philippines. In our final interview from the recent T20 World Cup qualifier hosted in the Philippines, he talks to Nick (@HeliocentCric) after the global body's development programmes in the region and also gives some information about the ICC's new global growth strategy utilising the soon-to-be-launched "CRIIIO" app alongside new learning and development plans.
