Episode 135 Bob Page Shares His 150 Pound Weight Loss Journey

Episode 135 is here and this week we have Bob Page on the show sharing his
150 pound weight loss story with us. Bob had reached 320 pounds when he
made a commitment to himself and decided enough was enough. I loved
interviewing Bob because, like most of the population, Bob loved nothing
more than cooking a barbecue and eating all the meat, cheese eggs and dairy
that his body could handle, that was until he got to the point where the
joys of consuming those foods were outweighed by the increasing health
consequences associated with their intake. Please share Bobs story with
anyone you think might benefit from a little bit of inspiration.

12/17/12 interview Bob Page is a classic example of how a leader can blow up an organization from being in trouble to being successful. Bob discusses what it takes, going back to how it was in the 90's ''being the worse in the country'' for patient satisfaction. The success began with 3 things. Listen to this interview to see how he and his team made it work.
